Heather Wiltse

I am a PhD student at the Indiana University Bloomington School of Informatics and Computing, concentrating in Human-Computer Interaction and Social Informatics. My research interests center around understanding how the design and use of digital artifacts shape the social world and personal experience.

As of the spring of 2010 I am completing my final semester of coursework before taking qualifying exams and working toward my dissertation proposal.

In my (hypothetical) spare time I like to cook, read books and magazines that I have not been assigned to read, spoil my two cats, and explore new places.
